While this gated community comes with two entrances, it won’t feature any planned amenities, keeping the focus on affordable housing.

Tri Pointe Homes: Charming Lots in Kyle Canyon

Over in Kyle Canyon, there’s an inviting 77-lot community anticipated to be built on 17.7 acres off North Shaumber Road.
